Today we had Diversity Day and our story is called Walk Tall. This helped us talk about and understand how important it is to be kind to everyone and make sure that we don’t leave anyone out. We dropped an apple when talking about what bothers us and the cut the apple open to see the bruises inside to show the resemblance that this is how people feel when we say mean things. We then did an assembly about it to tell the rest of our school about our story and how to be kind to everyone.
