This week the police came into our class to talk with the children about their special job, the children enjoyed looking at all the special police uniform and their attachments. The children had a go at trying on some uniform and even the handcuffs. The Policemen showed the children how they use their radios and we even got to speak to someone in the control room. Then the policemen showed us their amazing car and how it flashes its lights and uses its siren. Then a special visitor Bobby came and surprised us with some high fives before the children had a look inside the police van. What an amazing day for Nursery!
