Happiness Yoga Bear.

In Yoga today we all had a go at giving Happiness Bear a cuddle and sharing what makes us happy with the rest of the class . Children said things like family, Christmas , their pets and friends. We then did slow breathing to get us ready to start our lesson.We also practiced some yoga poses like tree pose, mountain pose and cat and cow pose.We ended the session with some calm music and closed our eyes to make us feel more calm and relaxed.
