Our nursery children enjoyed looking at the book In the Beginning, which shares the Christian story of how the world began. We spent some time looking at the front cover, noticing the colours and images, and talking about what the story might be about.

Together we discussed some of the ideas in the story light and dark, land and sea, animals and people as part of our wider exploration of different beliefs and stories about how the world was created.
