Fitness charity event (liverpool.gov.uk)
From 10am to 3.30pm, you can take part in some of our coached classes for FREE. These will include:
- Spinning at 10am and 12pm: Cycle class using a stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel which focuses on strength, endurance, intervals and recovery.
- Lifestyles Games at 11am: A fun challenging team workout based on speed, endurance and strength.
- Zumbathon at 1pm: Exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music. You’ll forget it’s a workout whilst you have fun with simple dance moves to music.
- Yoga at 2.30pm: A low impact fitness class which is relaxing for the mind and excellent for stretching all muscle groups and improving flexibility.
Children are also welcome to take part in activities on the day, which include two indoor inflatables.
Refreshments will be available on the day for a small donation to our chosen charity, Mary Seacole House, which promotes city wide health and wellbeing.
Mary Seacole House is a mental health charity and resource service set up to offer support and advice in emotional and practical matters https://www.maryseacolehouse.com/
